Who: Special Olympic athletes and potential athletes
What to expect: Athletes will be partnered with
Brophy freshmen to spend the day together participating in various games and
activities. Water and snacks provided. This
event will serve as the kick-off for the 2012 Spread the Word to End the Word
campaign. Additionally, the Brophy SO Club will host a Youth
Summit. Each school which attends is expected to recruit at least 2
student leaders from general education to travel with the Special Olympics team
and participate in the event.
Cost: There is no cost to participate
*You must provide your own transportation.
Registration forms will be sent next week. Please mark
your calendars and plan to attend the 2012 Game Day!
