Ganado Unified  Field Day  combines the love of sports with the love of traditional Native American cuisine. The goal of this exciting event is to promote awareness on the Navajo Nation about Special Olympics Unified Sports –  an inclusive sports program which pairs individuals with and without intellectual disabilities on sports teams together for training and competition.  Ganado Unified Field Day provides individuals from the community with an interactive opportunity to experience four different Unified Sports alongside Special Olympics Arizona athletes in a fun, safe and family-friendly environment.

 

Schedule of Events
9:00 AM: Registration
10:00 AM: Opening Ceremonies
10:30 AM: Festival Begins
12:30 PM: Closing Ceremonies


Cost of Admission: Free

The event will hold on unlimited amount of games, prizes, food, and fun!

Regarding waivers

All attendees (participants and volunteers) must complete the Ganado Unified Field Day Waiver prior to entrance at the event.  Individuals under age 18 must have consent from a parent/legal guardian. Waivers will be available on-site or can be downloaded prior to the event by  clicking here
