Be a part of an exciting Corporate Volunteer Teambuilding Program...

Thanks to St. Luke’s Health Initiatives, Special Olympics Arizona and four other local non-profit organization are able to bring a unique service to businesses and community organizations that will bring volunteers into the non-profit community while building teamwork in the workplace.

Our program will come to you with volunteer opportunities from five local non-profit charities and ask your team to take part in a specific project and bring their creative business acumen into the events and tasks in order to enhance the non-profit community.

At this time, we are planning to reach out to companies with our four-session program designed to educate companies on the benefits of corporate volunteerism.

• The first meeting is conducted as a tool to introduce Corporate Volunteerism by Special Olympics Arizona and also introduces the mission, vision and volunteer opportunities available with our four other non-profit partners including (SARRC) Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center, Foundation for Burns and Trauma, (MDA) Muscular Dystrophy Association and CASS (Central Arizona Shelter Services).
  
  
• The second session is an introduction to the non-profit(s) of choice and examine their individual volunteer opportunities.
   
• The third session encompasses the actual volunteer action or task whether it be a day-of event or assistance with the creation of a program.  All volunteer events will be videotaped for the companies free of charge.
   
• The fourth session entails a critique of the volunteer experience conducted by Special Olympics Arizona and any of the other non-profits that may be involved.
