Fit 5 is a fitness resource that provides tips and information for athletes, partners, coaches, parents and other supporters to lead a healthy lifestyle through physical activitiy, nutrition, and hydration.  Fit 5 is based on the three simple goals: exercising 5 days a week, eating 5 fruits and vegeatables per day, and drinking 5 bottles of water per day.
